In business for OVER 35 years, we are New Orleans' First Bed and Breakfast! We have antique radios instead of tvs; books instead of telephones; wifi instead of wires. Like we say, it's like staying at your Grandmother's House.

Rooms and Rates
We have many types of rooms, ranging from rooms with double beds that share a public bathroom, to multi-bed rooms that have a private bath. Our general rates range from $55 a night to $95 a night depending on the room, but prices will increase during holidays and festivals.
The Property
Our guests have use of our secluded pool and patio areas, which can be used for reading, writing, planning, or resting. When we've hosted wedding parties, they have used the area as an impromptu pre or post party site!
The Breakfast Room
Enjoy a pastry continental breakfast in the morning in our breakfast room, or even take it outside to enjoy by the pool! We also have coffee and tea available to guests in the Breakfast Room all day.
Deposits and Cancellations
Confirmed reservations require pre-payent of minimum nights stay. This minimum can be from 1 to 5 nights, depending on dates or events, and is non-refundable.
