Happy Hour at Root Squared

This week after work, some friends and I went to check out Happy Hour at Root Squared, the new-ish bar/restaraunt located on Magazine Street in the lower Garden District, within walking distance from the St. Charles Guest House.

I don't know about you - but I am always hunting for a bargin. Happy Hour in New Orleans is a great opportunity to try out some pricier places at a more budget friendly cost. Root Squared was no different.

The weather was great, so we decided to sit out on the balcony to people watch. We ordered our drinks, which were delicious, and a some of the happy hour snacks.

Everything was great - and service was prompt but not overbearing. I would highly suggest it to any guest looking for an elegant cocktail near the Guest House.
